The Somatic Release Facial focuses on regulating your nervous system and helps to release emotional, energetic, physical blockages and stored trauma. Results are seen immediately with visibility reduced tension on the face, reduced inflammation, a glowing visible uplifted face & spirit.

The treatment starts with an oracle card pull and a palo santo cleanse (or rose water/sweetgrass spray) and the healing vibrations of crystal bowls/drum/bells. Your face will be cleansed with an organic cleanser followed with a hot towel and an organic rose and sweetgrass toner. Organic facial serum is then applied followed by myofascial release of the neck and face, aromatherapy/breathing, somatic meditation, deep tissue shoulder, neck and chest massage, face sculpting massage, buccal massage, lymph drainage massage, facial cupping, facial reflexology with crystals, gua sha and a cranial massage.

Face Sculpting Masssage

Lets begin your Reiki journey together. 

This Reiki level one class is over 2 days with 21 days between them.  

Each day is from 10am to 4pm (can vary depending on the class size):

Day One: March 2nd 2025
Day Two: March 23rd 2025

The first day you will be introduced to Reiki, receive your Reiki level one attunment and learn how to do self Reiki so you can begin your 21 day self Reiki journey. 

Day two is 21 days later where you will learn how to give reiki to others, receive a reiki treatment and presented with your certificate. 

To secure your space in the class a $250 (non-refundable) registration fee is required. An email will be sent with an invoice with options to pay via EMT or by credit card. 

Once registration is complete you will then receive your Reiki Guide to start you on your Reiki journey. I ask that you read through this guide prior to day one of the class.

Join us in this intimate feather wand making workshop. 

All supplies are provided but if you have any special pieces you would like to add (feathers, ribbon, crystals, etc) please bring them with you.
